When I noticed a small puddle forming under my 40 gallon water heater, I asked my HVAC installer if he knew any good local plumbers. He referred me to Competitive and said several of his customers had great experiences with them. I called and spoke with Marc briefly about my problem and he requested a few pictures of the existing installation. Once he reviewed those we discussed the needs of the system, the usage, and then decided on the best system to address them. With that done, he scheduled to come out to my house the very next morning and do the work. Both he and the technician that accompanied him were incredibly courteous, professional, well-spoken, and pet-conscious (made sure the cats didn't get out by mistake). The job was done perfectly, and we've had no issues at all in the couple of months since they did the work. I highly recommend them.
These guys are incredible. No matter how busy they always call back and always explain everything in detail. They are worth every penny! So grateful they again just bailed me out. 1 day before guests come!
